I moved to Eskimo North as Freeservers decided to charge for things that were formerly free. In specific:
- Remote hosting of graphics displayed here
- FTP Access
There are a few other things, but those two irritated me the most.
I know, their machines, their rules. I did not
like their change of rules, so I left.
An unanticipated side effect is that Censorware
does not yet block my sites. I am not keeping my hopes up, as there are several idiots who can not
tell the difference between www.eskimo.com and
adult.eskimo.com.
